Speeching
Speeching
Speeching is my way of describing the art of communicating ideas that inspire, challenge, and bring people together. Throughout my ministry and professional work, I’ve had opportunities to speak in churches, conferences, and educational settings on topics ranging from faith and leadership to ministry, service, and personal growth. Whether addressing a congregation, teaching a course, or presenting to a group of leaders, my goal is always the same: to communicate in a way that is thoughtful, engaging, and rooted in the message of Christ. I believe that words have the power not only to inform, but also to encourage reflection, deepen understanding, and spark meaningful conversation. My hope is that every time I stand before an audience, the message shared will offer insight, inspiration, and a reminder of the hope we find in faith.
Following the vandalism of the LGBTQIA+ pride flag at East Saugus United Methodist Church, Pastor Par Oduor organized a community gathering to respond with prayer, solidarity, and a renewed commitment to inclusion.
Recognizing the importance of voices within the faith community speaking clearly about love, dignity, and belonging, Pastor Oduor invited me to offer remarks during the gathering.

The New England Annual Conference invited me to deliver the 2025 Laity Address, titled Hope with Joy, Delivered in Pies and Prayers. The message reflected on how God’s hope is often shared through simple acts of care, hospitality, and community. Drawing from personal stories and the life of the church, the address encouraged both laity and clergy to recognize that ministry frequently unfolds in everyday moments where people gather, serve, and remind one another that hope and joy are alive in the work of God’s people.
