I am beyond excited to announce the continued growth of my ministry resources! What began with the launch of Futureproofing Faith: Revitalizing Churches in the 21st Century has expanded into a broader journey of equipping today's faith leaders. That journey has already produced two additional courses: Bridging the Gap: Engaging 'Nones' with Spirituality and Faith and Preaching and Reaching: Communicating Across Generational Divides, and I am now developing my fourth course, Small Churches, Big Impact: Thriving with Limited Resources. Each of these offerings builds on one another, creating a toolkit designed to inspire, strengthen, and sustain leaders as they guide their congregations into the future with confidence and hope.
Futureproofing Faith laid the foundation, originally crafted as a transformative learning experience for pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams. Rooted in a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing faith communities today, it offers practical tools, innovative strategies, and critical insights to help churches adapt, thrive, and remain relevant in an ever-changing world.
This course covers dynamic approaches to church revitalization, leadership development, and intergenerational engagement. From understanding the evolution of church culture to designing sustainable ministry models, Futureproofing Faith equips leaders to strengthen their mission and cultivate vibrant, resilient communities of faith.
It is especially dear to my heart because it marks the beginning of my journey as a thought leader in church revitalization. I’ve poured years of experience, research, and passion into this curriculum, ensuring that it offers actionable insights for anyone committed to securing the future of the Church. Whether you’re a seasoned pastor or a new leader seeking to deepen your impact, this course provides frameworks you can immediately apply to help your congregation grow, serve, and connect more deeply.

But this is only the beginning!
I also developed and am now teaching my second course — Bridging the Gap: Engaging 'Nones' with Spirituality and Faith — an essential guide for churches ready to reach beyond their walls and connect meaningfully with the growing population of "nones," those who identify as spiritual but not religious.
This course tackles one of the most pressing challenges facing the modern Church: how to build authentic relationships with people who crave meaning, purpose, and community but often feel disconnected from traditional religious structures. Bridging the Gap explores the mindset of the "nones," the cultural shifts driving their growth, and the common misconceptions that can hinder outreach.
Participants will learn practical, compassionate strategies for creating welcoming spaces, fostering honest conversations about faith, and developing ministries that resonate with today's seekers without compromising core spiritual truths. Through this course, leaders will discover how to bridge the divide with empathy, authenticity, and hope, offering a faith experience that meets people where they are and invites them into deeper spiritual exploration.
Whether your church is just beginning to engage with this emerging demographic or actively seeking to broaden its reach, Bridging the Gap provides the critical insights and tools needed to cultivate ministries that are relevant, relational, and life-changing for a new generation.
The course runs for two weeks, Monday through Friday in a flexible online format that fits your schedule. Participants earn 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU), and the cost is just $75 with no hidden fees or textbook requirements, just an investment in the future of your ministry. Together, Futureproofing Faith and Bridging the Gap mark the start of a growing series designed to empower today's faith leaders to navigate cultural shifts, build authentic relationships across generations, and foster ministries that are both faithful and future-ready.
And the journey continues!
I’m excited to share that I am now offering a third course: Preaching and Reaching: Communicating Across Generational Divides. This course will focus on sharpening our communication skills to reach every generation with clarity, compassion, and relevance. From Baby Boomers to Gen Z, each generation hears and processes messages differently, and understanding these nuances is critical for effective speeching, teaching, preaching, and reaching in today’s multigenerational churches.
Preaching and Reaching will offer practical guidance on how to craft sermons, lessons, and conversations that resonate deeply with diverse age groups while remaining faithful to the core message of the Gospel.

Preaching and Reaching stands alongside my other ministry courses as part of a larger vision. Futureproofing Faith, Bridging the Gap, and Preaching and Reaching are not isolated offerings, but complementary resources that work together to equip today’s church leaders. Taken together, they provide a toolkit for revitalization, outreach, and communication by helping leaders understand the landscape of the 21st-century church, engage with the growing number of “Nones,” and strengthen intergenerational connections within their congregations. Each course can stand on its own, but together they create a pathway toward thriving ministry that is both faithful and forward-looking.
And that's not all!
I'm currently developing a fourth course, Small Churches, Big Impact: Thriving with Limited Resources, designed for pastors, lay leaders, and church members who serve in congregations where the numbers may be small but the potential for transformation is enormous. This course recognizes the unique challenges that small churches face, such as tight budgets, limited volunteers, and aging facilities, but flips the script by highlighting the many strengths that smaller congregations already possess. Through guided teaching, interactive discussion, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to maximize their resources, harness creativity, and build ministries that are not only sustainable but deeply impactful.
Throughout the course, learners will discover strategies for community outreach, worship planning, financial stewardship, and volunteer engagement that fit the scale of smaller congregations without sacrificing effectiveness. The sessions will provide real-life examples, case studies, and spiritual encouragement to remind participants that size does not determine significance in God’s kingdom. By the end, attendees will walk away equipped with practical tools, renewed confidence, and a fresh vision for how their small church can make a big difference in the lives of their members and their communities. I will post enrollment dates as soon as they are finalized, so stay tuned!
